Now comes the midterm 2026 critical American elections. Many Americans do not take these midterm elections seriously and decide not to vote.
Inevitably, when good men and women abandon the political arena, the bad men and women, bad for America, win and take over the power and influence of the political arena. When this happens, say goodbye to some part of the freedoms you and I take for granted.
In the midterm elections in November, 123 Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) candidates have won in primaries at the local, state legislative, state-wide, and congressional levels, and some, if not many, will be elected and exercise Socialist power over WE THE PEOPLE. Another nail in the American coffin, my fellow Americans.
Many think Socialism in America is dead wrong and so-called “Christian Socialism” is unbiblical. It is a self-contradiction, for Socialism and Christianity are, in many ways, in competition concerning the nature of man and the definition of truth, political truth. Many pundits and Biblical scholars also believe Socialism, no matter how it is defined is merely a gentle cover for the real political body behind it, namely outright Communism. Some of the more gentle, high-sounding concepts of Communism are indeed an integral part of Socialism, and there is little or no difference between the two. To attach the wonderful word Christian and all the word means to Socialism as a mere adjective is dead wrong and very much so unbiblical.
In general terms, Socialism connotes ownership by the government (the social system) of the means of production. Eventually, Socialism owns everything and makes and distributes all goods and services in accordance with the needs of all human beings.
You, the worker, with the talents you have, work for the Socialistic system, and you produce those goods and services for the benefit of others and not yourself.
There is, under Socialism, no right to own property, no right to private property, but ownership of property, real property (real estate), and personal property, is clearly indicated by Scripture as a fundamental Biblical right.
Then there is the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ in the firm and clear message of the talents, where talent and ability are given to you as an individual and you can use them for your and the benefit of others or not as you are motivated, or not, without pressure or requirement from the state or its government.
A spokesperson for Mayor Mamdani, Democratic Socialistic Mayor of New York, stated the ownership of private property is a tool used for white supremacy and the suppression of minorities. What absolute poppycock and clearly unbiblical.
It is one of the fundamental inalienable rights, God-given, and deeply constitutional for the right to own private property and personal property. You and I can work to acquire such property without the rights of any other to have or use the property if we are the owners. We can and should, as Christians, extend charity and give voluntarily of what we own, including our time and talent, as we are led by our Lord and by the charitable nature and instinct which dwells within. However, this should never occur at the force, requirement, or direction of government, no matter what it calls itself, especially Democratic Socialism, much less Communism.
Socialism as a form of government has failed time and again the world over. Socialism stifles initiative. Socialism is a force which dulls idea flow. Socialism is a governmental philosophy which negates creativity and reduces, and in some cases even eliminates entirely, any desire to work and produce. Socialism ultimately produces rebellion and even revolution. It rewards those who do nothing, are often unwilling to work, and levels, flattens the economic playing field. Some have described socialism as the political world of the LAZY. It takes from the haves and gives to the have-nots.
Socialism and its big brother Communism destroys incentive. It destroys entrepreneurship. It takes away so much of life’s decision making from the individual and requires those decisions be made by a government of collectivism. Socialism, of course, is the arch enemy of capitalism. It thinks of capitalism, the ability to be productive and accumulate wealth, as a tool of white supremacy, suppressing minorities, resulting in a society of rich and poor. Most importantly, Socialism and Communism would end all freedoms, the individual rights, and the ability to make choices, economic choices in life, which are a fundamental part of the American life, and the Bible, and are the very foundation of America itself.
Recall the lesson of the prodigal son in Scripture. He persuaded his father, this son did, to give him his inheritance early on. The prodigal son took the inheritance, wasted it, and lost it all. He returned home and begged his father to make him a servant, no longer worthy of any inheritance. The father received him, took him back, welcomed him into his household, but gave everything else, all he owned at that point, to his other son who was faithful and hardworking. Lesson learned. Choices, especially bad ones, have consequences.
Socialism is wrong, my fellow Americans. It is wrong for America, and it is wrong for YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I say unequivocally and unapologetically you and I, as true Americans and individuals before God created by Him with our own unique and special talents, should protect the freedoms we enjoy, our unalienable rights, and we should never, ever, EVER vote for anyone who endorses or believes in:
SO-CALLED DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM.
Socialism and Communism are dead wrong for America and enormously unbiblical. If it and they gain power, it will be the:
END OF AMERICA.
Freedom once lost is lost forever, and anything DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISTIC will put an end to the America we now enjoy.
